Ticket Policy All ticket purchases are final. In accordance with EU and Spanish consumer law, tickets for workshops and events scheduled on a specific date are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal. • Tickets are non-refundable. • Tickets are transferable – if you cannot attend, you may pass your ticket to someone else. • If you notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop, we may offer a place in a future session (subject to availability). • If the event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
