Welcome to Jewels and Matcha. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website www.jewelsandmatcha.com, as well as bookings and participation in our workshops and events. By using our website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings for workshops and events must be made in advance through our website or directly with us.

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place.

• We reserve the right to refuse bookings if payment is not received.

2. Tickets & Attendance

• Each ticket admits one person to the selected workshop or event.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to participate fully, and no refunds will be given.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult unless otherwise stated.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• All bookings and tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the workshop.

• In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop (e.g., illness, venue issues), you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.

• We are not responsible for any additional costs (such as travel or accommodation) incurred due to cancellation.

4. Materials & Safety

• All jewellery-making tools and materials provided remain the property of Jewels and Matcha unless otherwise specified.

• Participants agree to follow all safety instructions during workshops.

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the misuse of tools or failure to follow guidance.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, text, and workshop concepts, is the intellectual property of Jewels and Matcha unless otherwise stated.

• You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without prior written consent.

6. Liability

• Jewels and Matcha is not liable for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during workshops or events.

• Participation in workshops is at your own risk.
